Your assistant, with real nutrition data.
Avocart is the hub between your assistant and what you eat. Connect ChatGPT or Claude, and it can plan meals from your real targets, activity and history, then send the groceries to Instacart.
What your assistant gets.
Numbers it can trust.
Calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar, sodium and saturated fat per serving, computed from each ingredient. Your assistant quotes them instead of guessing.
Your day, not an average.
Daily targets for each person in your household, from body metrics and goal, with activity from Apple Health, WHOOP and Oura.
A curated list.
Meals ranked for each person by quality, the day’s activity, every diet at the table and what that person tends to choose.
What your assistant can do.
- Pick meals. From your list, from any recipe website, or from a recipe it writes. Avocart computes the nutrition.
- Fit every diet. Swap ingredients for one person, or make a full version of a recipe for them, with the new nutrition.
- Track what you eat. Log food and compare each day with each person’s targets.
- Shop. Add recipes to your cart and make one Instacart list at a store near you. You pay on Instacart. Your assistant cannot place an order or pay.
- Remember. Everything is saved in your Avocart account, for the app and for every assistant you connect.
Try asking.
- “What should I eat for dinner tonight? I worked out today.”
- “Make that meal work for my partner. She is vegetarian and dairy-free.”
- “How much protein did I get this week?”
- “Import this recipe and tell me the nutrition per serving.”
- “Plan three dinners and make an Instacart list at Sprouts.”
Connect in three steps.
- 1. Add the connector. In ChatGPT or Claude, add
https://avocart.io/mcp. The connect guide shows where to paste it. - 2. Scan the code. A sign-in page opens. Scan its code with your iPhone camera, or type the code in the Avocart app.
- 3. Tap Allow. Your assistant is connected. Disconnect at any time in the app.
