Your day sets your dinner.
Avocart reads your activity, plans dinner for everyone at your table and sends the groceries to Instacart.
An iPhone app. For early access, write to contact@avocart.io.

The feed moves with you.
A quiet day gets a lighter plate. A big day gets more fuel. Protein stays on target either way.
- Reads Apple Health. Steps, active energy, exercise minutes and workouts. Read-only. Nothing is written back.
- Every card says why. “Today: 20,320 steps. This serving: 37 g protein, 739 kcal.” Real numbers, no guesses.
- Graded for quality. Protein, vegetables, fiber, sugar and sodium. A dessert never wins because it fits a calorie gap.

Every panel has a job.
Open a recipe and see what is in it. Calories, the macro split and twelve vitamins and minerals, per serving.
- Nutrient density. Each bar compares the meal to a balanced day, calorie for calorie. A full bar matches it.
- Scale it. Change the servings. Every quantity follows.

Hit your number.
Avocart knows your protein target. It tells you how many servings reach it.
Your swaps, already made.
Skip seed oils? Vegetable oil becomes avocado oil before you shop. Tap once to see the original.
Make it for someone else.
Pick a person at your table. Tap save. Avocart writes a version that fits their diet.
Two versions. One dinner.
Add the people you cook for, with their diets and exclusions. A card that does not fit someone says so.
- A version for each diet. Nicole is vegetarian, so her stir-fry uses extra-firm tofu. The steps change to match.
- The original stays yours. Her version is a new recipe, marked “Vegetarian version for Nicole.”
- Check the label. Packaged items, like stir-fry sauce, get a reminder.

Any recipe. One cart.
Find a recipe on any website. Avocart reads the ingredient list. Both versions of dinner shop together, and Instacart delivers from a store near you.

See it in motion.
Good to know.
Do I need Apple Health?
No. Without it, the feed uses the targets in your profile. With it, the feed also sizes dinner to your day. Avocart only reads from Health. It never writes to it.
Which diets does Avocart support?
Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, paleo, keto and Mediterranean. You can also set preferences per person: seed-oil-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, lactose-free, nut-free, soy-free, no pork, no shellfish, low sugar, high protein and skip organic. You can add your own exclusions too.
How does checkout work?
Avocart builds one shopping list for everything in your cart and sends it to Instacart. You pick the store. Instacart handles the order, the payment and the delivery.
Are the nutrition numbers exact?
They are estimates from the ingredient list and standard nutrition data. Brands and portions vary. Avocart is not medical advice. If you have an allergy, always check the product label.
What do you do with my data?
We use it to run Avocart for you. We do not sell it, and we do not use your health data for advertising. Read the privacy policy for the details.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. This deletes your account and your data. You can also write to contact@avocart.io.
